Mohammed said in Sahih Muslim Book in chapter of describing resurrection, heaven and hell that no one will enter paradise through his work but through the mercy of Allah the Almighty: “No one will be delivered through his deeds and not even you Prophet of Allah” said a Man then Mohammed said “not even me unless Allah covers me with his mercy”But how does the owner of Paradise die? Dear friends the cross was an evidence to the death of the owner of Paradise and a testament of the legal inheritance that makes you eligible to be the inheritor of this Paradise, Because God is “the Alive the Eternal” and more accurate translation “The ever LivingOne The Self-Existing One " who does not die and if he dies after his incarnation He will resurrect himself to show His divinity.“The ever Living One The Self-Existing One "is an expression called to God who is being revealed in the flesh (keeping the divine nature of Him without any change) in order to be an atonement for our sins before the justice of God. In fact, Jesus who is God in the flesh gave up His Blood to cover our sins. As a result, we became new creation and we will be eligible to enter Paradise. (Surah Al-Tahrim 66:8)“…perhaps your lord will atone for your evil deeds, and will admit you into gardens, below them the rivers flow”In order to have legal relationship to be inheritor, you have to accept and believe the great work of Jesus Christ

on the cross, as the children of Israel believed in the rod of Moses is a divine tool to cross the red sea, it was able to rescue them from death, also it was a source of springs of water and it entered them into Paradises.. you have to believe and accept to become a son and heir to inhabit with God forever and ever as the Holy Bible said in (John 1:12-13) “12 But to those who did accept him he gave power to become children of God, to those who believe in his name, 13 who were born not by natural generation nor by human choice nor by a man’s decision but of God.”And in (Romans 8:15-17)“15 For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received a spirit of adoption, through which we cry, “Abba Father!” 16 The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if only we suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him.”Dear Friend, If you want to accept the transformation from life of slavery to the life of being a son and daughter of God , raise your hand and pray to God with all your heart, saying:Father, now I accept you to be my Father .. Daddy I give you my heart and my love.. I accept the Cross your device for salvation and I am proud of it because it is my genealogical inheritance that makes me the heir of all things in the name of Christ I ask.

Those who are the heirs:

The Qur’an said about the believers in (Surah Al-Mumenoon 23: 10-11)“Those who are the heirs, those who inherit the paradise, they will abide in it forever.”AND also the Qur’an said in (Surah Al-Qasas 28:5)“And we desired to show favor to those who were weakened on the earth and to make them leaders and to make them the heir”This made the believers to say in (Surah Al-Qasas 28:58)“…..and we were the heirs.”AND the Qur’an rewarded the believers saying in (Surah Al-Araf 7:43)“…This is the garden of which you are made heirs because of what you were doing”AND The Qur’an talked about paradise in (Surah Maryam 19:63)“This is the garden which we bequeath to some of our servants who were fearing”AND Ibrahim prayed to Allah saying in (Surah Al-Shuara 26:85)“And make me of the heirs of the garden of bliss”And in (Surah Az-Zukhruf 43:72-73)“And this is the garden which you inherited because of what you were doing. You will have in it much fruit, from it you will eat”

Qur’an emphasized that the prophet Yahya (John the Baptist) stood imploring asking Allah saying in (Surah Maryam 19:5-7)"And Surely, I have fears for my relatives after me, and my wife was barren. So grant me from yourself an heir, to inherit me, and inherit (also) the family of Ya'qûb (Jacob), and make him pleasing, my lord, O Zechariah, surely we give you the good news of a son, his name Yahya. That name we have given to none before him." It means {inheriting the paradise owner (Allah) after his death}.Also Qur’an says in (Surah Al-Naml 27:16)“And Sulaimân (Solomon) inherited Dawûd (David), …….“ This was after his death

According to the (Inheritance Law) in order the Father(testator)to write his will so he can give his inheritance away to his children, he supposed to die first in order the will to be in effect. Hence, the inheritance of the dead father will be transferred to the son or daughter. Furthermore, being a son or daughter is the legal relationship with the father to inherit everything.As the Holy Bible says in (Hebrews 9:16-17)“16 For where there is a testament, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator. 17 For a testament is in force after men are dead, since it has no power at all while the testator lives.” One might say that Allah inherited the paradise as it mentioned in the Qur’an and also one of his names is the “Heritor”:

As it says in (Surah Al-Hijr 15:23)“And surely we give life, and we cause death. And we are the heirs.”Here, we find the word “heir” is one of the names of AllahNow I am wondering How is it possible that Allah becomes heritor? And he is heir to whom? And what kind of inheritance he is going to be inherited? Some might say that Allah who has all the heavens and the earth, the lord of all and heir, he still exists after his creation pass away, who is no one can share his sovereignty and everything will be returned to him as the Qur’an says in (Surah Maryam 19:40)“Surely we will inherit the earth and all who are on it. And to us they will be returned.”And Zechariah, when he called on his lord (Allah) in (Surah Al-Anbiya 21:89)”My lord, do not leave me alone, and you are the best of the inheritors.”Our Muslim friend we ask you:If your luggage was stolen by a thief, while you were trying to haunt this thief in order to recover the stolen luggage and as you are running after thief, he got struck by a speeding car and died on the spot then you took all what he has stolen from you..So my question, Are you the heir of the thief or retriever to what was stolen from you?Allah was supposed to call himself “Retriever” of the land

and all what it is on it and NOT the “Heritor” because there is huge difference between the Heir and the Retriever.How are you going to inherit the paradise according to the (Jurisprudence of Inheritance)?In order for you to inherit Paradise, you must be a son or daughter to the paradise owner. Then, you must prove the death of the one who made the will. In (Surah Al-Maeda 5:18)the Jews and the Nasara (Christians) said “We are sons of Allah and his beloved…”Mohammed was against this saying because he has not seen in them the attributes of being the sons and daughter as a carrier to the divine nature, in spite of its importance to be heir. Familial relationship is the only legal relationship to inherit the paradise butMohammed showed his lack of understanding and knowledge of filial and adoption meaning in the law inheritance.From here I would like to question the Muslims, How are you going to inherit Paradise?Have not you asked yourself this critical question?Because in order to inherit Paradise:1- You must have legal relationship with the paradise owner (son or daughter)2-The owner of Paradise must die first to inherit.
