The body of the book report contains a summary of the book. The conflict is stated first in the summary of a written book report. In a topical outline, the points are stated as words or phrases. The following information about a book can be found in the library catalog: author, publication date, and number of pages. An encyclopedia contains summary articles on a wide range of subjects. An atlas is made up of primarily maps. A summary is a brief composition that states the main ideas of a longer piece of writing.

About Manuscript Form: The titles Reverend and Honorable may be abbreviated only when used with a full (first and last) name. It is appropriate to abbreviate social titles (such as Mr., Mrs., and Dr.) when used before a name. The abbreviation B.C. always comes AFTER the year. Names of numbered streets under one hundred are written out.
