The owner(s) of the Property, to wit: Charla E & Claudia A Brehmer, Carl Collins, Emmanuel Lilly, Dessie Mae Johnson, Jeronme & Resa Elena Lambarria, Longview Holding LLC, Edward G King, Sergio Martinez, Ophelia Conwright Stinson, Richard & Anna Jeppsen Tabor. and were given notice of the Hearing in accordance with the requirements of Article Ill, Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Longview and Chapters 54 and 214 of the Texas Local Government Code. 2. The following owner(s) appeared at the Hearing: Charla E & Claudia A Brehmer, Rosie Lee Johnson-Smith for Dessie Mae Johnson, Edward G King, Sergio Martinez, and Richard Tabor appeared at the hearing of the case. 3. The holder(s) of any recorded mortgages or liens against the Property, to wit: N/A were given notice of the Hearing in accordance with the requirements of Article Ill, Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Longview and Chapters 54 and 214 of the Texas Local Government Code. 4. At the Hearing, evidence was presented by the Office of the City Attorney, in part consisting of written documentation, a copy of which is appended to these findings of fact and incorporated herein for all purposes. 6. At the Hearing, the following person(s) appeared and presented testimony Charla E & Claudia A Brehmer, Rosie Lee Johnson-Smith for Dassie Mae Johnson, Edward G King, Sergio Martinez, and Richard Tabor appeared at the hearing of the case. 7. The buildings or structures located on the Property are substandard and in viola- tion of Article Ill, Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Longview for the following reasons: VACANT SUBSTANDARD STRUCTURE, DANGEROUS BUILDING, ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE, UNSECURED BUILDING, DAMAGED SWIMMING POOL, DAM- AGED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, DAMAGED PERIMETER FENCE - AND OF INSUFFICIENT HEIGHT, OTHER VIOLATIVE EXISTING CONDITIONS. 8. Based on the evidence presented at the Hearing and on the findings of this Court, the building or structure located on the Property is a dangerous and substandard building or structure, a public nuisance, and a threat to the public health, safety and welfare in accordance with Article Ill, Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Longview and Chapters 54 and 214 of the Texas Local Government Code. It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AN DECREED by the Court that the building or structure located on the Property is a dangerous building or structure, a public nuisance, and a threat to the public health, safety and welfare in accordance with Article Ill, Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Longview and Chapters 54 and 214 of the Texas Local Government Code and that, AS LISTED ABOVE, the owners of the Property, are commanded to make the following repairs: as listed in number 7 above and any and all building, mechanical, plumbing, structural and electrical repairs neces- sary to eliminate code of ordinance violations in and on said property, It is specifically ordered that: The Respondent, AS LISTED ABOVE, shall make all repairs necessary to bring the structure into conformity and compliance with the requirements of existing code, statute and ordinance, within 30 or 60 days of the date of this hearing- or contin- uance of case till next hearing on September 25 or October 23, 2018; and The Respondent, shall complete all other repairs upon the structure, including electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs, to bring the structure into complete compliance with the requirements of existing code, statute and ordinance, within 30 or 60 days of this hearing- or- continuance of the case until the next docket scheduled for September 25 or October 23, 2018; and The cases against N/A were dismissed due to the violative conditions on their properties being eliminated; and The Respondent, shall secure the property and structure within thirty days of this hearing, and The Respondent shall return to this Court for any subsequent hearing, as request- ed by the City of Longview and ordered by this Court, Should said owners, mortgages or lienholders fail to complete repairs as ordered, said owner of the property, is commanded to demolish said building or structure and to remove it so that it in no manner violates the aforesaid ordinance and statutes within 30 or 60 days from the date of this Order, and that, if said owner fails to comply with this Order within said 30 or 60 days of the order to demolish said building or structure, then any recorded lienholder(s) and/or mortgagee(s) of record, shall have an additional sixty (60) days to demolish said building or structure and to remove it so that it in no manner violates the aforesaid ordinance and statutes.
