Understanding the Icons

Objective: Alerts trainer to the learning objectives at the beginning of each module.

Lecturette: Indicates the trainer is going to deliver a chunk of content orally.

PowerPoint Slide: Indicates PowerPoint slide can be utilized during training presentation.

Media: Alerts trainer to possible video or audio choices for a specific model.

Training Instrument: Identifies specific surveys and checklists to help people better understand themselves and the material.

Learning Activities: Introduces specific learning activities designed to make the training more interactive.

Hand-out: This icon refers to materials not presented in the Participant Workbook that a trainer may want to pass out.

Discussion Questions: Provides possible discussion questions a trainer may utilize.
