Founded in 1922 in Wisconsin, Allen Edmonds continues to thrive and handcraft classic American shoes with the same 212-step process invented nearly a century ago. O'Connell's two new lightweight wool super 130s sharkskin suits for Spring represent refined taste and extraordinary value. Refined taste for the subtlety of the pattern and subdued nature of the fabric texture and extraordinary value for the long-wearing and crease-maintaining characteristics of wool sharkskin. Pictured are two of the new spring sportcoats from Southwick. As always, the advent of spring signals the return of birdsong and the retreat of the warmer wools. In preparation for the season of renewal, O’Connell’s offers an extensive collection of cool cotton suits. Our all-cotton suit cap-tures the essence of spring and summer. While many are familiar with the phrase, “business casual”, poplin suits might be best described as “summer professional”, for they manage to capture the breezy and carefree atmo-sphere of the warmer months without sacrificing a professional attitude. Whether at a social gathering or at work, during Friday dress-down or an important business meeting, poplin keeps you cool, looks comfortable, and is always the fashionable choice. Our poplin suit is available in British Tan, Oyster, Olive, and Navy.
