Remove the risk reap the rewards
Can you offer a guarantee? However good your sales pitch/offer people still have doubt or mistrust. By reversing or reducing the risk you will increase sales.
“If, after our consultation, you feel it will not have a significant impact on your business – I will not charge you...”
If you sell more product by offering a guarantee it will far outweigh any refund requests you may have to process. Providing you are confident in the first place, of course.

What to look for– Bounce rate – This is where a visitor does not go any further into your
site before clicking away
– Conversion rate (very important) Divide number of visitors by enquiries/leads
– Technology – are most of your visitors using pc or mobile?
– Keywords – Landing pages – Parity Does what you present your visitors, on the page they visit, match what they are searching for?
