These two were mixed thoroughly in a container and 6.0 kg of

this mixture were replaced with Crushed corn (~ 2 to 5 mm) and

again mixed thoroughly. The new mixture was filled in small

container of ~ 10 kg capacity and autoclaved three times at

121ºC for 6 hrs per day.
