Step 3: Discipleship - New believers will be gathered into discipleship groups

Step 4: Church Planting - Discipleship groups will begin to start worshiping together under Japanese leadership, eventually covenanting together as a new church plant

Step 5: Multiplication - A discipleship group from within the initial church plant will intentionally set themselves apart for the purpose of planting a new church, beginning the cycle again through evangelism and discipleship
