Day 1 Arrive Queenstown (D)“Haere Mai”.... Welcome to New Zealand. A Kirra Tours representative will greet you at the airport with transport waiting to take you to your centrally located hotel. Tonight you will be accompanied by your Kirra representative to meet your fellow tour passengers for a welcome dinner and drinks at the hotel.

Day 2 At leisure in Queenstown (B)Enjoy a free day to experience this magnificent alpine resort. Surrounded by majestic mountains, Queenstown boasts an incredible array of adventure and leisure activities in all forms, from extreme to relaxed exploration. Take a ride on the world famous Shotover Jet Boat, take a tour to the gold mining area of Skippers Canyon or for the adventurous, try white water rafting. Alternatively, browse in the many shops and galleries. Your Kirra representative will be happy to advise you on all the activities and options available.

Day 3 Warbirds over Wanaka Day 1 (B)After a leisurely breakfast, board your coach and travel to Wanaka, the spectacular location for the 2020 Warbirds over Wanaka Airshow. Today is a warm up day for the show but there is still plenty to see and do and your 3 day Gold Pass guarantees you the best seats in the house. Tonight is free to enjoy some of the many great bistros and restaurants in Queenstown.

Day 4 Warbirds over Wanaka Day 2 (B)This morning be transferred to Wanaka, ready for day 2 of your Warbirds adventure. Explore and take in the Airshow at your own pace, with flying beginning at 10am. See Civil aircraft, helicopter, classic Warbirds, vintage machinery and much more. Tonight you will take a Gondola ride up to the top of Bob’s Peak to enjoy a delicious buffet dinner at the spectacular Skyline Stratosphere Restaurant with its breathtaking views over Queenstown.

Day 5 Warbirds over Wanaka Day 3 (B)Today you will enjoy another full day at Warbirds over Wanaka, soaking in all the sights, sounds and tastes of this exciting event before returning to Queenstown for an evening at leisure.

Day 6 Explore Queenstown & surrounds (B,D)At leisure today to explore Queenstown and its surrounds. Tonight, cruise across Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High Country farm aboard the vintage steamship TSS Earnslaw and enjoy a gourmet barbecue dinner at the Colonels Homestead.
