Animals  The rainforest

has 2/3 of animals species. We are killing them off. Many of them are becoming extinct.

Before you cut down trees, think of all the lives you are killing!

  The reason why we shouldn't destroy rainforests is because half of the ingredients in medicine come from the rainforests plants.

DestructionMcDonalds is paying people to cut down the rainforests for pastures for their cows. If we cut down these trees we could lose a lot of moisture and the rainforest will become a desert.

fields.   Minute: Lose the size of 29x the size of the

pentagon.   Hour: Lose an area 284x larger than New Orleans.   Week: Lose an area twice the size of Rhode

FreedomThese animals should be able  to live a life free of worry!

GasesThe rainforest's trees breathe in carbon dioxide [a poisonous gas] and breathe out oxygen. So we are practically killing ourselves.

HeroesYou could be a hero

by recycling, using both sides of paper, and protesting against killing the rainforest!

Millions50 to 70 million animal life forms live in the rainforest. Imagine how many you are killing!

Stop Joking around and stop this destruction!

Kilometers1,000 animal species per kilometer are in the rainforest! That is a lot!

LungsThe rainforest is also called the "Earth's lungs" and it's the single most source of air we breathe.

By destroying the rainforest over half of the animals species on Earth will disappear forever!

Very good question! People can plant more trees in one area for just paper and wood, but the rainforest has too many animals!
