The purpose of Maybank website.Save time and money by viewing, receiving and paying bills online. Whenever the client wants to view credit balance and transactions will do that in a glance. The purpose of Maybank website is to save the client time and give more control over the clients personal finance.A- evaluating Maybank website(design) Maybank website designed to be clear and easy for new costumers (Maybank, 2015). According to (color matters eBook) colors can control our emotions; colors matters especially for the websites because it can affect on the client. The background of Maybank website is combined two kinds of colors, black and white. White color according to the below gives feeling of hope and happiness. Recommendation: the writer suggestion for the background colors is; the designers may change black into light gray or purple. According to (color matters eBook) gray color refers to security, maturity and authority, also the purple color refers to wisdom, royalty and luxury. This is the writer suggestion to make the design of Maybank website enhanced.B- Ease of useMaybank has an easy and a smooth website to deal with (maybank2u, 2015). There is a technical problem with the search engine gap, when I wrote in search engine gap to search about something, the (type here to search) sentence still appears in the gap and it makes me confused in the first sight, then I realized that I should erase the (type here to search) sentence then I write my words that I want to search about it. Recommendation: In order to develop the website to be easer, my suggestion is; to repair the search engine gap and make it auto click remove to remove the sentence (type here to search) when the user click on the gap. The correct and easer design is; to make the (type here to search) sentence disappear in the same time that user put the arrow in the gap. C- Training programsGlobal Maybank Apprentice Programme is the training programs for new employees to nurturing their skills to be compatible with work needs (Maybank Apprentice programme, 2015). Maybank employees as bankers should have knowledge about financial services to ensure records and controls are accurate. Recommendation; in order to have financial educational employee inside the company, the writer point of view is, to teach the employee a specific course called (Financial Services Auditor). This course teaches the employee how to deal with financial records and it also teaches how to meet with regulations set by government. To give knowledge about the technological equipments inside the company, the bank should teach the employees how to use it.

D- Special offers Maybank offers discounts at some places such as restaurant, shops and cinemas ( Maybank, 2015). Since Malaysia is a tourism country there are a lot of tourists. In order to attract them to do their services with Maybank, the company may offer special promotions for them. Recommendation; Maybank could offers promotions on flight tickets to attract tourists to do business with them. And to give promotion for the forgiven clients Maybank could make offers on the meals that an airline sells inside air plan. Many clients dont know about the latest offers and promotions. Maybank could send an email or SMS messages to their client to let them know about the promotions.E- Online help.The writer will talk about the online Foreign Telegraphic Transfer, Transfer cash or credit money to 3rd party accounts overseas via Maybank2u. Sometimes client must go back to home country in urgent, and he must transfer all the money in the same day. But because of the limitation the client will not be able to transfer the money.Recommendation; in order to help foreigners with their transaction overseas, Maybank could increase the daily transaction limitation and be flexible. It gives guarantee to the bank in case the client came back; the client will choose Maybank to deal with again.

F- Evaluating the information about Maybank. About the information which Maybank offers in their website is not enough, comparing the information about (Bank of America); they show a lot of information about their bank. They have their own history and heritage, in order to make the client feel confidence to deal with them. In the other hand they have the pictures and the information about every member work inside their bank, which allows the client to know the people that he or she is dealing with.

Recommendation; the writer suggests that Maybank put more specific information about the organization like the history of Maybank and detailed information about their employees. In order to give the clients a clear vision of the company, and make the client feel comfortable to deal with the bank.

G- Contact information.The contact information for Maybank is perfect (Maybank, 2015). To attract more clients and build a good relation with them, the bank needs more social media to stay on the track. Social media is the best advertisements these days. Recommendation; The writer opinion that, Maybank has a lot of accounts on social media which is good for the organization. Nowadays, whatsApp is latest trend of social media. The writer suggestion is, Maybank could offer a number especially for whatsApp. WhatsApp builds a trusting relationship between the bank and the clients, and the client will have the answers of the questions faster.
