Examine promotional materials (brochures and/or website downloads) from a number of

contrasting festivals and complete the table below.

You will need to: Enter the name of each festival you are investigating

b) Note the type of festival e.g. film, music, general arts

c) Look for details of the aims and/or artistic policy of each festival

Holy festival It’s a traditional Indian festival where they through paint powders at each other

It represents the colours getting everyone involved. It’s a festival of colours.

Music, dance, traditional food and they also have fireworks the day before the holi festival

The audience is Indian people who celebrate holi and other traditional fest
