And various sub assemblies are carried out in themain line.

DIFFERENTIAL LOOP Differential casting mounted

on trolley after washing. Bull pinion Shaft left and

right fitted. Cage assembly fitted. It

consists of: Crown wheel. Tail pinion assembly. Roller bearing. Bevel wheels.

PTO shaft fitted.

Rear axle/trumpet is fitted. Gearbox assembly is lifted. Rear cover assembly fitted. Brakes are fitted. Footboard is fitted.

DIMOUNTING STAGE Removal of complete

tractor from conveyor. It is a long rail type

carriage system, whichcarries whole chassisand engine while movingfrom the different

assembly. Then it is carried intackle .

This dismounting stage is further divided intodifferent small stages.

Each stage, 2 persons works at a time, on anassembled piece of chassis & engine. The dismounting stage is divided into 5

different stages in which the parts of thetractor are fitted on the assembled piece ofchassis & engine.

Every 12 minutes, we got a complete tractor,

which is removed from the conveyor of thedismounting stage.
