1. You're having difficultyconcentrating.

Difficulty concentrating is one of

the first signs that your body is in

need of nutrients or needs to

rehydrate. Increase your water

intake and consider taking a

multivitamin if you don't already

2. You're having acne flare ups.

Acne isn't just a problem reserved

for teenagers, but flare ups in

adulthood are usually indicative of

being over stressed. When you're

stressed out, it causes a hormone

fluctuation which increases the

amount of oil on your skin,

causing the acne to form.

3. You're getting sick, and it'shappening often.

While stress is perfectly natural,

your body is not meant to undergo

stress long term. A prolonged

period of stress can weaken your

immune system, leading you to

get sick more easily and more

often. This is a warning sign that

you need to remove some

stressors from your life.

4. You're experiencingheadaches and migraines.

Headaches occur from time to

time, but if you're experiencing

them — or even worse,

migraines — on a regular basis,

it's a sign that something isn't right

in your body. Chronic headahces

are usually indicative of stress or

the hormonal changes they cause.

5. You're having difficultysleeping.

Whether it's trouble falling asleep,

staying asleep, or being able to

sleep soundly, having issues with

sleep can be indicative of a

greater problem, especially if

they're ongoing. Sleeping well can

help boost your immune system,

so not getting enough sleep can

also contribute to you getting sick

more easily.

6. You notice your hair isstarting to fall out.

A prolonged period of increased

stress in your life can cause hair

follicles to fall out more easily and

often than normal. Major stress

can even lead to a syndrome

where your hair falls out in

patches. This is a major red flag

that you need to take better care

of your body.
