Designs featured in this brochure can be ordered from Waterfields shops situated around the north west.

Cakes are guaranteed to be ready at 7 days notice, (but if

we can accommodate it we will accept orders up to 4 days before collection date).

Payment - either in full at time of order or a minimum 30% deposit with the balance paid in cash on collection of cake.

We specialise in creating custom made stylish celebration and

wedding cakes to suit individual tastes and occasions. A few examples of our creative designs are pictured below

Chocolate Sponge - Three layers of chocolate

Genoese sponge, 2 layers of chocolate butter cream.

Plain Sponge - Three layers of Genoese

sponge, one layer of butter cream, one layer of strawberry jam. Sponge cakes should be consumed within 7 days from purchase date. Once cut keep in airtight container in cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate as this will dry out the sponge

Rich Fruit Cake - Matured fruit cake brushed with rum,

coated with marzipan & soft sugar icing. Once cut double wrap in cling film and keep in airtight container, do not refrigerate. The cake will continue to mature and last approx 12 weeks

Waterfields celebration cakes are suitable for vegetarians.
