• Studied both the Project Management side in the office and the Superintendent role in the field for the ED addition andrenovation of Holy Spirit Hospital located in Camp Hill, PA. I experienced both the administrative work necessary to get aproject started and keep it moving, as well as, what goes into making sure construction in the field gets done on time and inthe correct fashion.

• Worked 40 hours per week under the guidance of a project management team assisting in a variety of steps for theconstruction process from handling submittals and Requests For Information (RFI), facilitating the closeout documentsorganization as well as responding to Site Observation Reports (SOR). Was able to gain an in-depth understanding of how toproperly work a project from bidding all the way to closeout and commissioning.

• Assisted in weekly owner and subcontractor meetings to make sure the job stayed on schedule by overseeing the daily tasksthat needed to be accomplished.

• Helped with weekly Building Information Modeling (BIM) meetings to assure that MEP systems were properly placedthroughout the addition and renovation of the hospital.

• Became very familiar with how to read construction drawings and specifications as well as how to make sure the work doneon site matches what is drawn on plans and specified.

Rafael Viňoly Architects Summer 2015 Worked as an intern for the architecture firm on a large scale office building complex to be built in Missouri, primarily during

the Design Development phase. Working mostly in Revit, Rhino and AutoCAD to aid in drawing production along with

presentation preparation for the client. Work based out of Manhattan office.

Turner Construction Summer 2016 Worked as an intern at the construction site of Rockefeller University’s “River Building” along the FDR drive in Manhattan.

For four weeks I reported to the Project Engineer, tracking PCO’s, processing change orders, and reviewing submittals. In

addition I worked alongside the MEP team providing assistance with BIM coordination in 360 Glue as packages were bought

by subcontractors and contract drawings were produced. The next four weeks I reported to the Head Superintendent. My

primary responsibilities consisted of recording man counts and the tracking of steel erection progress along with weld

inspection reports daily.

Turner Construction Summer 2017 Worked as an intern at the construction site of The Intrepid Spirit Center at Camp Pendleton Marine Base in San Diego,

California. Primarily reporting to the project engineer and Project Manager my daily tasks included processing submittals, and

coordinating field work with subcontractors. Additionally I worked daily to package and purchase the furniture, medical

equipment and installation.

Licenses Federal Aviation Administration Private Pilot’s License (June 2013) Engaged in ground training through studying flying regulations, aerodynamics, radio communications, navigation, airport

operations, physiology, weather reports, aircraft systems and weather theory.

Fulfilled all requirements of practical training including 40 hours of flying with an instructor and 22 hours as the

Pilot in Command in addition to 15 solo flight hours.
