0When students are absent, they can make up work. It must be completed within 5 days of the date of their last EXCUSED Absence.
0A crate will be kept in the class listing all work done during the day for students to look at upon returning to school. There will be an assignment book there telling what was done in class that day.

Things that bother me

0Noise when walking in the hall0Bullying/Disrespect
Lining up
0Stand in the third block from the wall.0Stand one behind the other.0Stay that way as you walk—No talking during this
time.0While I do not mind you having a piece of candy or
gum in class, you should not be walking down the hall with suckers in your mouth.
Getting out of your seat
0Getting out of your seatNot while I am teachingWhen you are quietly working, raise your hand before getting up.0Sharpening your pencilAt the beginning of class. Not while I am teachingYou can get up with permission while you are doing seat work.
Noise Control
0You may whisper quietly to your neighbor if you need assistance or if you need a word pronounced.
0 If they can’t help, ask me.0No LOUD talking allowed.0 If I raise my hand, everyone should stop talking, raise
their hand and put their index finger over their mouth.
Fire drills
0Follow teacher instructions: Go out the back door into the tennis court and turn around and face the building. No running or talking.
When you leave class
0Make sure all assignments have been turned in.0Make sure there is no trash near your seat.0Make sure that books and other things have been
returned to the proper place.0Exit in an orderly fashion without running
My words for you
0Try to do your best at all times. I will be good to you and you should be good to me. I love what I do and want you to enjoy coming to class.
