Ms Zhao is the IPR Director of BYD Company covering IT, Auto and New Energy three business groups. She is responsible for all the IPR a�airs of the company. Jessie has more than ten years working experience in intellectual property management. She also serves as the Vice President of Patent Protection Association of China (PPAC), Executive Vice President of Shenzhen Patent Association (SZPA), etc.

In 2005, graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Control Theory and Control Engineering, Master of Engineering. In 2006, got the China Patent Agent Quali�cation. So far, worked in Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd., the leader in the domestic medical equipment industry. Has extensive experience in the operation and management of intellectual property, and has in-depth understanding in this area.

Mr. Bai joined Guangdong VTRON TECHNOLOGIES LTD. in 2002. He worked at Testing, and Research and Development departments. In 2004, he established the Intellectual Property Department of VTRON TECHNOLOGIES LTD. He is a senior manager of the Intellectual Property and Standard Department now with extensive working experience in enterprise I.P. management and knowledge about enterprise patent strategy, patent information utilization, I.P. valuation system etc. He was a candidate of the training program of the hundred talents of high level by State Intellectual Property O�ce of P.R. China in 2009. As one of the main contributors to the company R&D project, he won the second prize of State Technology Improvement Award in 2009. And he won the gold medal of the 11th Chinese Patent as one of the inventors. In 2012, he is granted by State Intellectual Property O�ce of P.R. China as “the leading talent of Chinese Patent Information”.

Mr. Zhong is Senior Vice President of Netac Technology Co., Ltd. of Shenzhen, his responsibilities include IP Management, licensing, legal a�air and business development etc. He is a seasoned business and management executives for decades. He has led the team in a couple of in�uential Intellectual Property operation, negotiation and litigations within or outside China in past a couple of years. Mr. Zhong has a MBA degree from Hong Kong University of Technology and Science, a BSc from Sun Yat-Sen University. He also serves as Expert and Deputy Chairman of Intellectual Committee of China Electronic Standardization Association, and Board Director of SDA (Global SD card standard Association).

Mr. Wang is responsible for Intellectual Property in Kingfa Sci. and Tech. Co., Ltd., senior lecturer in China Intellectual Property Training Center, one of the �rst talents for patent information in China, has provided many highly e�ective trainings to State Nuclear Power, Sinopec(China Petroleum Chemical Corporation), CNPC (china National Petroleum Corporation), etc..Justin specializes in patent search & analysis, patent mining, risk aversion, etc., who is rich in enterprise intellectual property management and practical experience.

Mr. Li, graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law, Vice researcher of Intellectual Property Rights of Guangdong Province, Arbitrator of Guangzhou Arbitration Center, Founder of Chinese Enterprises Intellectual Property Salon (CEIPS). Mr. Li used to be Head of Legal Department and Intellectual Property Department of Skyworth Group, a Hong Kong listing company and Shenzhen Coship Electronics Co., Ltd, a China listing company. He created intellectual property management system for these two companies. Mr. Li is a Guest Professor of Southwest University of Political Science & Law, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Shenzhen University. He is Vice Chairman of Consuming Products Council of LES International and Director of LES China.

Je� Lindsay is Head of Intellectual Property at Asia Pulp & Paper in Shanghai. Formerly Je� was an innovation and IP consultant, Corporate Patent Strategist for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, and a professor. He is a registered US patent agent and an inventor with over 130 patents. With C. Perkins and M. Karanjikar, Je� is lead author of Conquering Innovation Fatigue (John Wiley & Sons, 2009).Je� has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University (BYU), where he was a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellow. Je� joined the faculty of the Institute of Paper Science and Technology (Georgia Tech campus) where he became Associate Professor. Later he joined Kimberly-Clark and was eventually named Corporate Patent Strategist and Senior Research Fellow. Je� followed K-C’s Senior VP Cheryl Perkins after she formed Innovationedge, where Je� became a Director. Innovationedge is a consulting �rm that helps companies with product development and IP strategy.He is active in AIChE (American Institute of Chemical Engineering) and served as Chair of their Forest Bioproducts Division, 2007-2011. He is now a member of AIChE’s Technical Operating Council.

From September 2001 to July 2005, Mr. Huang �nished Bachelor degree in Science School of Nanchang Uninversity, majored in Department of information and Computing Science. From September 2006 to July 2009, he �nished Master degree in Law School of Peking University. In 2008, Mr. Huang obtained Legal Professional Quali�cation Certi�cate. And since July 2009, he have been working as the IP manager of Nationz Technologies Inc. Mr. Huang set up the intellectual property department of Nationz Technologies Inc.; deployed the strategy of oversea intellectual property rights on behalf of the company. He led on the formation of 2.4G RFID M-Payment technical standard which the company has independent intellectual right; and also drafted the o�cial intellectual property document of 2.4G RFID M-Payment technical standard on behalf of Nationz Technologies Inc., meanwhile, rendered the said documents. Mr. Huang did deep research on technical standard of intellectual property and �nished a mater thesis on this �eld.

Mr. Li is the China TeleCom IP Director, the Chairman of Guangzhou IPS，the 2012 Annual China Outstanding IP Manager.

Associate researcher of IP, senior engineer, Chinese attorney at patent, member of Shenzhen Municiple IP Expert Committee, member of Enterprise IPR Manager Salon(CEIPS). Now employed as senior IP manager of CIMC., Mr. Sun has 8-year plus experience of Enterprise IP management and 5 year plus experience of Design and R&D. Formerly employed as R&D management supervisor and IP supervisor of CIMC Refeer Equipment R&D Center; product engineer of Hebei Cotton Mechanism Research Institute(Handan Cotton Mechanism Factory); Key member of projects such as patent litigation between CIMC and Singmas; patent litigation between CIMC and XinHuaChang; patent litigation between a American company and CIMC’s American customer; patent litigation between CIMC and Thyssen Krupp etc.. Mr. Sun has accumulated good experience in patent layout, patent litigation, patent defense management system and key project management.

Mr. Wang is the Deputy Director of Legal Department & Head of IP Department in ZTE. He graduated from Renmin University of China, Deputy Researcher. He also works in Associations and Government Departments, and gained many industry honors as well.

Ruiling HOU, working as Questel Aisa-Paci�c Regional Manager, is certi�ed as a skilled expert on Japanese IP management. She has more than 6-year working experiences on patent intelligence research and IP consulting services in Japan. In addition, she also led to complete a great amount of large-scale IP consulting projects in machinery and electronices, automotive, chemical and other industries.

Philip Pla is a partner in the patent department of Adams & Adams and is based in the �rm’s Cape Town o�ce. Phil has a BSc degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cape Town and a law degree from the University of South Africa. He is a member of the �rm’s patent department and has substantial experience in drafting and prosecuting patent and registered design applications in South Africa and internationally on behalf of local and foreign clients, mainly in the mechanical engineering and IT sectors. David handles inventions in a broad range of technical �elds, including telecommunications, software and network/internet-based systems, microelectronics, inductive charging systems, general electronics and computer systems, and mechanical devices.David’s principal activities include the drafting and prosecution of UK, European and International patent applications, and the provision of strategy advice for worldwide patent-portfolio development and management. Based in the �rm's Munich o�ce, David also regularly represents clients in oral proceedings at the European Patent O�ce (EPO) and is an active member of the Haseltine Lake EPO oppositions team.

Jinwei Wu, Manager, Intellectual Property Rights, Professional Services of TechInsights, is located in the Shanghai o�ce. Jinwei has more than 10 years IP experience both in-house and patent �rm. Jinwei has served as di�erent IP or legal positions in di�erent IC industry phase enterprises such as Foxconn, Spreadtrum, Shanghai Silicon Exchange Center. Jinwei has both patent agent and lawyer quali�cation in China and holds a bachelor degree of Science from Northwestern Polytechni-cal University and a master degree of law from Fudan University.

Mr. Anderson has represented national and international clients in the computer, semiconductor, telecommunications and software industries for more than30 years. He has extensive litigation and jury trial experience in complex intellectual property before the Federal Courts and before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Anderson has provided counsel to a wide range of major and emerging technology companies in managing their intellectual property portfolios. Mr. Anderson has been named one of Silicon Valley’s top 300 lawyers and in 2009 and 2008 he was named one of the Daily Journal’s leading IP litigators in California. Mr. Anderson is also recognized in the 2013, 2012 and 2011 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in Intellectual Property Law. In 2010, the International Legal 500 Guide in their discussion of ITC practices recognized Ed as being one of the best known ITC practitioners “having served as lead counsel in [numerous] ITC litigation cases,” and noting that he is a “responsive, smart and an excellent attorney.” Mr. Anderson is a co- author a book on ITC practice titled Rules, Practices and Case Studies of U.S. Section 337 Investigation, sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM).

Harris Gao is a special counsel in the �rm’s Intellectual Property (IP) and Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Gao’s practice focuses on defending Chinese companies in the U.S. and assisting multinational companies protecting their IP rights and resolving disputes in China. He is frequently involved in corporate transactional matters, particularly those involving IP assets, such as IP licensing and private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) investments. His IP practice focuses on patent prosecution and patent litigation in high-tech and life sciences. He is experienced with a variety of technologies, including computer, software, semiconductor, telecommunication, the Internet and e-commerce, Cleantech, medical devices, chemistry, pharmaceutical and biotechnologies. Prior to law school, he was a software engineer. His in-depth knowledge of the U.S. and Chinese patent systems enables him to o�er his clients comprehensive advice on their global IP strategies.

Marco Sche�er is partner of the law �rm Gulde Hengelhaupt Ziebig & Schneider ,he took a degree in Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin with a specialisation in Intellectual Property. He also holds a degree in Physics from the Technical University of Berlin with a focus on Technical Optics. His practical skills lie in such �elds as optical data storage and, more speci�cally, methods of optimising optical systems for the creation of micro holograms in photopolymers.Thanks to his two professional quali�cations he is well equipped to deal with complex proceedings involving issues of both a technical and legal nature, as is often the case in patent infringement claims.

Yehan Feng graduated in economics at the Free university of Berlin in Germany for a master degree. She joined Gulde Hengelhaupt Ziebig & Schneider in 2005 and she works as the O�ce Manager of the Beijing O�ce since 2008. Beside the mother language Chinese, she has a good command of English and German, as well as the culture.

John Ma graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai with a bachelor of Biology. He got his �rst master in the area of GM rice from Chinese University of Hong Kong. He worked for King and Wood, Mallesons (then King and Wood, PRC Lawyers) Shanghai o�ce for 3 years before going to the US. While working for King and Wood, he drafted Chinese and PCT patent applications for clients in the areas of pharmaceutics, chemistry and material technologies. He got his second master in Food Sciences from University of Maryland, College Park and has been working for Landon IP in Alexandria VA since graduation. Mr. Ma is now the senior director in Landon IP’s Shanghai o�ce.

Mr. Ma �nished master degree from the Hyogo University of Teacher Education, which majored in the computing department, the engineer of Beijing University of Technology. Now he is responsible for the technology and marketing of the Hitachi International Patent Searching Solutions, familiar with the Japanese patent survey and the patent searching analysis.
