Chuck's Original Recipes

• 1 Large Head of Cauliflower

• 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 1 1/2 Teaspoons Turmeric Powder

• 1/2 Teaspoon each of Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash Cauliflower and cut into large florets. Place in a large metal bowl.

Add oil and toss the cauliflower to coat.

Sprinkle cauliflower with turmeric, salt and pepper. Toss again well until turmeric looks well distributed.

Place on a large baking sheet that has been prepared with pan spray.

Place on middle rack of the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, toss the cauliflower again and place it back in the oven for approximate 5 more minutes.

Ovens vary so keep an eye on it. You want it to be tender crisp and lightly browned, not burned.
