NATIONAL SHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITIONS IN BIG

BORE RIFLE EVENTS AT KADARPUR, HARYANA FROM 26th

to 31st

March 2012

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has been decided to hold 55 th National Shooting Championship Competitions (NSCC) in Big Bore Rifleevents at Kadarpur, Distt Gurgaon from 26th to 31st March 2012as detailed in program attached at Appendix

A. This will be conducted under the supervision of CRPF, Kadarpur. Those competitors who want to

participate in these competitions are requested to go through the following instructions carefully for their ownconvenience and to ensure smooth and successful conduct of the above competitions.

1) MATCHES :-

All the matches will be conducted according to NRAI Match Book 2011. The Match Book is alsoavailable on our websitewww.thenrai.in.

members of that State/ Club to which he/ she belongs. However, if there is no such Association /

Club functioning in their State, they can take part as members of NRAI provided they have paid

all their dues towards NRAI.

b) Only one Team from each State/ Unit will be allowed in each event irrespective of the number ofparticipants. As per the Governing Body decision, shooters participating on wild card can also be

member of team.

c) Team events will be conducted only if there are a minimum of 4 or more teams in each event. Incase there are less than 4 teams, team events will be cancelled and no medal will be awarded inteam event.

d) All affiliated State Rifle Associations/ Units must send Team Entry Fee for matches in whichthey intend to field a team along with the Entry Form under Rule 6.1. Final Entry (by name)

under rule 18.7 of NRAI Match Book must be submitted latest by 17.00 hrs. on the previous day

of the start of that particular match.

e) Shooters qualified, as per NRAI Match Book rule 17.6 are eligible to participate in this NSCC.Shooters furnishing incorrect information shall be debarred from taking part in any

championship for two years.

f) IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL SHOOTERS TO GET THEMSELVES REGISTERED

WITH NRAI AND OBTAIN SHOOTER ID CARD (IF NOT DONE EARLIER).

SHOOTERS WITHOUT SHOOTER ID CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO

PARTICIPATE. APPLICATION FORM IS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE

www.thenrai.in THE REGISTRATION FEE IS RS. 150/- PLEASE SEND YOUR

REGISTRATION FORM THROUGH YOUR STATE RIFLE ASSOCIATION/UNIT

BEFORE SENDING ENTRY.

g) All affiliated Associations/ Clubs/ Units forwarding the Entry Forms of their members arerequested to see that their Affiliation Fee is paid up to date. Their Entry Forms will be

6) GENERAL :-

a) All participants are requested to go through the above instructions carefully and ensure strictcompliance.

b) All participants are expected to abide by the rules and regulations for the NSCC. Discipline on andoff the field is very essential.

c) Shooting practice in hotels is strictly prohibited.d) Change in matches is not allowed once the entry is submitted.e) In case of non-participation by the competitors after submission of their entries will not be allowed

any refund of the Entry Fee.

f) The Organizers will have the right to close any match or event in case of any emergency orotherwise without assigning any reason for such an action on their part.g) Shooting Kit (Clothing & Equipment) of the competitors during the competitions will be strictly

according to ISSF standard for ISSF matches.
