Feature Overview

ActionHRM API (Application Programming Interface)- New Recruitment Process

API for advanced website integration

A new recruitment process API has been added allowing clients to retrieve current recruitment

processes (vacancies). This allows for automated and advanced integration with your company

website in addition to the standard position listing page provided by default for rapid website

integration.

Pre-load Applicant when creating manually from an employee record

You now have the option of pre loading or filling an applicant details from an employee record

when manually adding an applicant.


Improved duplicate leave and timesheet submission checks

Duplicate leave warnings and timesheet overlap warnings have now been improved reducing the

chance of double requests and duplicate approvals.


Training module upgrade – new interface and improved waitlist and processing

features

The training module has had a major upgrade and update

• The course selection dropdown has been replaced by searchable tables and a course

and class tab

• The Training Forms have been simplified to a single form included class requests / setup

and enrolment management

• New courses and classes are added via common + buttons at the bottom of the tables

like most areas.

• Waitlists are now provided against the class and attendees and waitlisted employees can

be easily switched

• A class document Store has now been provided in addition to the course document store

previously provided

• Improved enrolment booking and attendee processing and manual attendee additions.

You can quickly add new classes via the plus button (for training admins), enroll via a training

workflow for classes, switch to a course view or text search for common class information and

details.


Our new course view and search allows for easier identification and quick access to pre filtered

classes. To adjust a course simply zoom in and update and details using our save as your go

interface.

New and improved enrolment booking has been provided with employee search function and our

perform an action concept used in the recruitment area has been implemented for easier action

and a simpler user interface.


Improved attendee management for training administrators included mass processing,

unenrolment, or wait listing in case of overbooking again using our Perform and Action concepts

New Alert types options and email modification options

A new Start Date alert has been added, alert emails can now be customised. An updated alert

interface and the ability of Before / On / Or After date alerts can be configured.


Rapid and detailed workflow search capabilities

All workflow areas are now using our elastic powered search for super fast results and complex

workflow searching. Also quick sort options are provided with instant results even with 00000’s of

workflows.

You can quickly search for common workflow details e.g. submission date but also include

searches for specific workflow data by selecting a specific workflow type e.g. with a Leave

Request search you are able to search by type, submitted hours and even combine a from and to

date filter.

We hope you love the new complex search options and instant results you will be seeing this

functionality rolled out to most systems areas over the next few months.

Improvements to the New Employee Wizard

The new employee wizard now provides access to update additional standard and all employee

fields linked to an employee.
