    deadlines, costs,production controls

Production control begins with budgeting and projectplanning.

    A computer-based, customized cost-accounting and job-

flow program allows us to track all projects at any givenstage from start to delivery.

The following is a brief synopsis of our method forproduction and quality control of a typical project:

research and planning Once the research, analysis and strategic planning hasresulted in a concrete multimedia, marketing or advertisingaction plan, we set to work on a budget before commencingany project. We seek quotes from a minimum of threequalified and quality suppliers as required.

budgeting Our quotation is presented, and authorized agency andclient representatives sign a budget approval prior to

commencing work. Budget updates are similarly required ifthe circumstances or requirements of the job change.

inhouse briefing The creative and production staff are fully briefed on theobjectives and requirements of the marketing plan. Acreative platform is established and copywriting and visualdesign development is started. The results of all efforts areassembled into a cohesive and comprehensive presentation.Final copy and layout are presented with approval forms tobe signed by agency and client representatives. Onceapprovals have been received, final production can proceed.Proofs of all material are prepared for final approval.

outside production Outside production is scheduled in co-operation withsuppliers to meet the deadline. We monitor all our suppliersto ensure the quality and timely completion and delivery ofmaterials.
