High Hand• Up to $500 every 30 minutes. 10am – 4am (first payout 10:30am.)• All high hands are must go. No minimum hand required. 1 or 2 cards in hand• All potential high hands must be reported to a Big Easy staff member prior to the completion of the hand following the hand in which the high hand took place. No potential high hands will be considered or posted if not reported within that time frame.

• In jackpot qualified games, the dealer will remove $1 from the pot at $5 and $1 at $10 for a total of $2 for the player funded

jackpot fund. There must be at least $10 in the pot (all called bets including rake and jackpot) to qualify, unless otherwise stipulated

above. Must be 4 players to collect a jackpot and to qualify for jackpot.

• Any No Limit or pot limit hold’em game can “run it twice” in which there is a second set of community cards. The second board

will qualify for jackpots (with $10 pot minimum) and will be subject to an additional $2 Jackpot Rake.

• Jackpot participation for any game is at the sole discretion of management.

• Winners must be present to collect prize at scheduled time.

• Winners will be paid in chips and can choose to add any or all of the chips to their stack. If added to the stack the chips must

remain on the table in accordance with table stakes rules.

• Players must be 18 years or older.

• Any discussion of the hand in the attempt to induce other players to call may be deemed collusion and will cause the jackpot

to be void. Any attempt to manipulate the clock may be deemed collusion and cause the jackpot to be void.

• The Big Easy Poker Room rules permit a guest 25 seconds plus a 5 second countdown to act on their hand prior to the hand

being declared dead. This rule does NOT permit the use of that time to influence a jackpot result.

• Must be the best possible winning hand of the main pot to qualify for jackpot except as noted.

• Management reserves the right to amend or cancel this and any promotion at any time.

• Players that have been trespassed or banned by The Big Easy Casino who have opted into the self-exclusion program are

prohibited from participating.

• To redeem prize, one must present a valid photo ID and social security number (required for U.S. Citizens) if the cash prize

is over $599. Applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Employees of The Big Easy Casino, and any agency involved in this promotion, and the immediate family members of such

employees are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes spouses and/or significant other, parents, children or any other

relative living in the immediate household.

• By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to allow the use of his or her name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information

provided on the entry from, in any media known or hereafter invented and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional

Omaha Games• Management may choose to allow Omaha games to qualify for player funded jackpot and collect jackpot in the same way as Texas Hold’em, except as noted:

• In Omaha a player must flop a qualifying hand. The player with the winning jackpot hand must also be the player with the winning hand and cannot be revealed until all action is complete for that hand. Only the flopped hand qualifies for the jackpot. In Omaha games running it twice is NOT subject to an additional $2 jackpot rake and only the first flop qualifies.
