IntroductionTESCOMTM has developed a solution for the lack of lubrication associated with water-based hydraulic control fl uids. The water content in glycol media creates one of the most signifi cant infl uences on hydraulic component wear rates. By utilizing specialized high endurance components, such as energized roto-seals, and rugged materials like Nitronic 60, TESCOM has dramatically reduced wear & galling, resulting in extended service life as compared to traditional hydraulic regulators. In addition, an advanced tapered poppet provides highly accurate and repeatable pressure control.
