Step 3: Stir in the spinach with a splash of pasta water.
Drain the pasta, then toss with the onion mix and serve.

they’re very soft. Meanwhile, boil the pasta.
Step 2 :Stir the vinegar, sultanas, capers and most of
the pine nuts into the soft onions with some
seasoning, then cook for 1 min more to soften .
Recipe 5: Chicken in Red Wine SauceIngredients:Olive oil, ½ tsp salt1 tbs garlic minced800 Gms chicken breast halves1 tbs paprika powder50 gm brown sugar100 ml red wine1 tsp white pepper powder
Step 3: Pour red wine around chicken & cover for 15 to 20 minutes; lightly baste chicken with wine sauce while cooking. Serve hot.
Step 1 :Heat oil in a large in a pan & add garlic, cook until golden brown. Now add chicken, and cook about 10 minutes on each side, till chicken 3/4th cooked.
Step 2: Drain if any extra oil is there. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and brown sugar. Add Salt and Pepper.
