New York City is one of the biggest cities in the world that can provide many places to visit and have fun. There are a lot of museums that you can find and visit
for free, depending on the day. You can explore free museums about art, culture, technology, and science, and have good time with your kids and family in this
kids friendly institutions. Here are few of museums that you can visit without spending a dollar:
Hall of Science NY
Here you can find hundreds of activities about science and technology, or math and engineering. Also there is section for the robots and outer space, and climbing
at the massive Science Playground. Also there is a Design Lab, a place where visitors can learn a lot of things about design and engineering process through
games. This cool museum is located at 47th Ave and has free entry on Fridays from 2pm till 5pm, and Sundays from 10am to 11am.

Brooklyn Children’s Museum
This is a country’s first museum made for children. There you can find collection of 30.000 objects like musical instruments, funny toys, dolls, fossils, masks and
many kids stuff. Here kids can pretend that they work at Mexican bakery or to make some Turkish candy in International Grocery. It’s a great place for toddlers,
preschoolers, older children or even for adults. In fact its cool place for every child to bring here. The water play, blue sand, pizza parlor or maybe the animal
exhibits for sure will provide you good day spend with your family. This museum is placed in 145 Brooklyn Ave, near St. Marks Ave and free admission is on
Thursdays from 3pm
to 5pm.

Children’s Museum of the Arts
Here children can explore and learn more about world of art because this museum is designed just for them. In this institution you can find more than 2000 pieces
of international children’s art collection in huge gallery. Here also kids can take art programs which cost $395 per semester or some Art camps engage for kids
from 6 to 15 ages, where they learn about drawing and sculpture. This museum on Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm have “pay what you wish” entry, so its great
opportunities to spend some hours here, where you children can learn more about the art.

New York Aquarium
This aquarium is oldest one in United States and is one of the most see destinations in New York. Here you can see living re-creation of the Pacific coastline or
lively sea lion show, or some sharks and sea jells. Also here is the place where kids can learn about the ocean and animals that live there. It’s a great place for
whole family to spend some time and see all that animals. Also there is variety of fishes in the aquarium, and good gift shop with lot of toys stuff and good T-shirts
as awesome souvenirs from this great place. And don’t forget to take a picture from this place with giant walrus or maybe the sharks. It is located at Surf Ave, at
8th St and on Fridays from 3pm they have “pay what you wish” entry.

Sony Wonder Technology Lab
This is a museum about videogames, musical gadgetry and lot of interactive digital experiences. And guess what? Everything it’s free. You can bring your children
here to see all this creative technologies and fun workshops. Here is lot of activity stations so is good choice to spend your day here and have fun. Also every
Saturday at 2pm it’s a theater, with free screenings of some movie hits. This Lab is located at 56th St at 550 Madison Ave, Sony Plaza and its free admission.
