This coupon provides, upon the successful completion of the required resort tour [normally the morning after your arrival but not the day of arrival or departure and is approx 2 hrs. long and both spouses or cohabits must attend together (unless the No-Tour option is selected and the $500 additional charge is paid)] and payment of the applicable charges to the accommodations selected above at the selected accommodations in Kissimmee (or equivalent). This “forgiveness”, however, does NOT apply to any resort amenities charges, condo upgrade charges, holiday or seasonal surcharges, taxes/fees or any fees specified or provided for above or below.

2. At the time of the tour you must be Married or Co-Habiting, aged 25-68 with a combined annual income of $50,000 US dollars or Single Woman aged 30-68 with an income of $60,000 US Dollars, US (but not AK, CA, HI, ID, MT, NE, NV, ND, or SD), Canadian (but not Quebec), or UK resident. Couples under 25 or over 72 or single men regardless of age, are not eligible for use of this coupon. Both spouses or cohabits must attend the tour together and all attendees must have Government issued picture id showing same address (UK/ Western European require passport), full time employed or retired (no students), creditworthy (FICO >620) and not in active or recent bankruptcy. All attendees must read, write, understand and speak FLUENT English. You must have a Govt issued picture ID and a current valid Major CREDIT Card (VISA, M/C, or A/E) (No Discover) embossed with your name in your possession upon arrival at the resorts to qualify for the tours. (Prepaid or Debit Cards - even those with a VISA or MC logo are NOT acceptable.) You must maintain a valid Debit or Credit Card on file with us after confirmation of your reservations for charging of applicable fees and guaranteeing reservations or cancellation of your confirmed reservations, even up to the check-in date, may occur. (Use of Debit Card for charging is acceptable BUT a current, valid, embossed Credit Card must be shown to the resorts at Check-In in each location). 3. To submit, complete this form, demographics, execute charging authorization and FAX or email us a scan or picture. Upon confirmation we will send your confirmation letter by return email with your check-in informa-tion, maps and instructions. Initial check-in at an area welcome center will be required. After confirmation there is a minimum of a 7 business days notice of any desired changes or cancellations. Once confirmed, short notice and/or multiple changes incur a $25 per change fee. Minimum 3 night stay required. NO pets allowed.

TAXES/FEES: All Condos have taxes/fees of ~$27/condo/night applicable ($17/night paid ~2 weeks prior to arrival + $10/night paid at check-in) plus Resort Common Areas Amenities Charge of $25/condo/night. 5.
