They lived along Pacific Ocean.They lived near the Cuyama Valley and
Transverse Mountain Region. Some lived on the Channel Islands.Also were surrounded by beaches,rivers,
mountains and Moro Rock.They also live by The Seven Valcanoes.

They fished and caught crabs.They collected mussles and abalone.They dug for clams.They also gathered acorns.Men hunted animals and also collected
plants.
Food they ate
They built their villages where they found fresh water.
They bent and tied willow branches into dome-shaped frames.Then they covered the frames with thick layers of tule.

Chumash is very good at trading.They were also expert canoe builders.
