MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
TheRiggingFrameisamaintenancefreeproduct.However,beforecarryingoutaninstallationitisessentialtoensurethat:
• No screws are missing and all screws are in the right position.
• Noscrews,adjustmentwheelsorothercomponentsaredamaged.
• Noplates,squarepipesorothercomponentsarebentorbroken.
Use a suitable tool to test each screw and make sure that none are loose.
Afteraninstallation,ensurethatallscrews,washersandinsulationsarepresentandpositionedcorrectly.

INSTALLATION AND MOUNTING
Installation errors may lead to serious accidents.
Installationshouldonlybecarriedoutbyqualifiedpersonnel.
Installation should be carried out by a minimum of two persons.
Donotplacetheprojectoronslopedorunstablesurfacesasitmayfallortipover,resultingininjuryordamage.Makesurethe surface can support a weight of 210 kg (462.97 lb).
Donotexceedthemaximumweightloadsforceilingmounts.Forsuspendedinstallations,useonlydesignatedhangingaccessories such as the truss mount and the 750 kg Doughty clamp for a maximum weight load of 138 kg (304.23 lb).
Whenstackingprojectors,makesureallfourthreadedrodsaretightenedwithatorqueof5Nm.
Donotpositiontheframeinamannerwhichmayimpedeprojectorventilation.Poorventilationmayresultinafire.Ensurethatthereisatleast30cm(12in)ofspacebetweentheventilationoutletsandanywall,and10cm(4in)onallothersides.
Preventpropertydamageandpersonalinjurycausedbyincorrectinstallation.Ensuretheframeisingoodcondition,theinstallationhasbeencarriedoutproperlyandtheloadcapacityofthesupportingstructureissufficienttocarrytheweightoftheentireinstallation,upto150kg(330.69lb)incl.lenses,cabling,etc.
Do not operate the projector in humid or dusty places or in places where the projector may come into contact with oily smokeorsteam.Usingtheprojectorinsuchconditionsmayresultinfire,electricshocksorplasticdeterioration.

Theframeisheavy.Usesafehandlingtechniqueswhenliftingtheframe.
Wearsafetyglovestopreventfingersbeingcaughtbetweentheouterringsandtheplates.Whenadjustingtheimage,keepyour hands on the adjustment wheels at all times as shown below. Do not lean on the frame.

Ensure that the projector plate 7 is flat against the body of the projector.
This can be achieved by placing the projector on a surface which is smaller than the frame, allowing full contact between the plate and the projector.

6. Place the ø10 insulation sleeves over each M10 hole. Secure the four M10x25 low profile socket head screws 8 into each hole. Ensure each screw runs through the corresponding sleeve and washer and catches into the corresponding M10 hole in the projector surface.
7. Place the other six ø6.2 insulation sleeves over each M6 screw hole. Place a ø6 spring lock washer over each ø6.2 insulation sleeve. Secure the six M6x20 button head screws 9 into each hole. Ensure each screw runs through the sleeve and washer and catches into the corresponding M6 hole in the projector surface.

ADJUSTMENT OPTIONS

Adjustment Options
RollUse the adjusting screws on the left and right to roll the projector by approximately ±5º. Use the adjusting screw on the left to roll to the left and the screw on the right to roll to the right.
PitchUse the two adjusting screws to adjust the pitch by approximately ±5º. Apply equal adjustment to both screws.
YawUse the adjustment screw positioned underneath the projector to adjust the yaw by approximately ±5º.

STACKING PROJECTORS

Stacking Projectors1. Position the top projector so that the four stacking holes 1 are exactly above the M8 threaded rods 2 .
2. To secure the installation, tighten by hand using the wing nut 3 until it is very difficult to turn one more time.
3. Tighten the M8 nut 4 with a torque value of 5 N m using a dynamometric wrench.

Adjusting ceiling installations with the truss mount
Lift the handle 1 to allow 360° rotation adjustment.
The inclination angle can be adjusted by 10% at the upper part (rough adjustment) and by 2% at the lower part (fine adjustment).
Use the four adjustment screws 2 for fine adjustment.
