The Amadeus Information System (AIS) is a central source of reference information,which is maintained by Amadeus and by outside providers. You can request informationfrom AIS at any time, even if you are not signed in to the system. A total of 997 millionpages are available in the AIS. Categories, subjects and pages organize the informationin the AIS. To access information in the AIS page, enter:

GGAMAPHACR To check the past exhange rates

GGPCATG To check the agreement page of an airline

You can print AIS pages and helps pages. The page you want to print must be displayedon your screen. You can print an entire page, a specific number of lines, only one line ora range of lines.

AIS PRINT ENTRIES:

GL Entire page

GL / 45 A specific number of lines (45) startingfrom the first line currently displayed on the

GL 5 Print line number 5 only

GL 5 15 Range of lines ( 5 through 15)

Online Help

Online help is intended to provide you with the most up-to-date support in the use of theAmadeus system. It contains a detailed description of all entries and explains how touse them, gives examples and describes responses these entries generate.

You can access the Help Page at any time. After doing so, you may continue yourprevious transaction.
