Isma From its founding in 1935, RESINA has devoted itself single-mindedly to the development and production of automatic capping and sealing equipment. This specialization motivated RESINA to pace the fast-moving technological advances in packaging with research and a constant effort to meet the need for high-volume production capping equipment. To-day, RESINA is still devoting its resources and facilities—now greatly expanded—exclusively to automatic capping machinery, bringing to the packaging industry the best that intensive specialization can provide.

RESINA facilities are comprehensive—more than 35,000 square feet comprising an Engineering & Development Department, a special machinery center for the fabrication and testing of pilot models, machinery and assembly areas, machine shop, service and parts departments, etc.—fully supervised to assure quality control.

SERIES S-30 AUTOMATIC SCREW CAPPER

The Model Series S-30 is similar to S-20, but has the added feature of front and back double bottle holders to accom-modate plastic containers.

AUTOMATIC SCREW CAPPER For fully automatic operation with any type filling machine, at speeds to 60 per minute, as part of a completely automatic packaging line. Accommodates containers from 1/2 ounce to gallon; cap sizes from 13mm to 70mm. Handles normal varia-tions in cap or container manufacture without adjustment.

SERIES S-50 AUTOMATIC SCREW CAPPER A fully automatic screw capper for large mouth jars and bottles ... in cap sizes in the 83mm to 120mm ranges. Speeds up to 35 containers per minute. Fits into any packaging line.

SERIES u-41

HIGH SPEED SCREW CAPPER A straight line capper for use in production runs of 60-120

containers per minute. Flexible . . . handles standard type caps, CT, lug, shallow or deep, metal or plastic. Accommo-dates containers from 2 ounces to gallons. U-41 handles cap sizes from 38mm to 89mm.

"RTES P-20

INTERNAL PLUG INSERTER Fully automatic—selects and inserts plastic plugs into con-tainers moving in straight line. Production capacity can ex-ceed 120 per minute. Accommodates wide range of plug and container sizes and types, with quick changeover adjusting machine for various sizes.

Wet SERIES U-30 and U-40

HIGH SPEED SCREW CAPPER A straight-line, high production automatic screw capper achieving a rate of up to 250 containers per minute for cer-tain size containers. Variable speed drive for operation in completely automatic, high speed packaging line. Simple changeover to accommodate different container sizes. U-30 has three tightening stations, for caps from 13mm to 70mm.

U-40 meets slightly higher specifications, and has four tightening stations. Both are smooth in operation—no spil-lage of contents.

Pesina SERIEc r 10 FITMENT APPLICATOR Fully automatic selection and application of plastic fitment on passing containers held firmly in rubber faced belts. Accom-modates wide range of fitments (solid or perforated) with a capacity of from 20 up to 150 fitments per minute. Accom-modates containers to 21/2" diameter.

SERIL F , 24, FITMENT APPLICATOR Same as above, but grips containers at the neck permitting large diameter containers to pass. Normally supplied with approximately 3 feet of conveyor frame for splicing into existing lines. No conveyor drive needed. Modifications available to suit special situations. (F-24 supplied with 6 ft. conveyor and drive).

-"ES P-14, PLUG INSERTORS Similar to F-14 Series, except built to automatically sort, feed and insert flange type plugs or stoppers. Available with or without conveyor and drive. (P-24 supplied with 6 ft. conveyor and drive).

BALL FITMENT APPLICATOR Fully automatic operation for liquid deodorant and other such ball dispensed products. Sorts, feeds, and fits both receptacle fitments and plastic balls into containers without complex timing devices. Conveyor passes through in con-tinuous straight line motion. Changeover to different sizes accomplished with minimum parts change, only a few ad-justments needed. Speed: 40 to 120 per minute.

SERIFS IL-30 and Lam INNERSEALERS

Completely automatic operation: sorts, feeds and applies either innerseals or friction lids to various sizes of round or rectangular containers at rates of from 40 to 120 per min-ute. Available to accommodate a wide variety of containers and lids. Can be installed in existing lines with all standard filling machines. lid sizes from 3/4" to 134".

L-30 handles containers up to 2 Imperial gal, L-40 to 1 gal.

SERIES L-60 and L-80 FULLY AUTOMATIC SINGLE FRICTION LID PLACER A highly efficient machine adaptable to in-line operation with all types of filling machines. Automatically sorts, feeds and applies friction lids to round or rectangular cans at rates from 40 to 120 per minute.

L-60 accommodates lid dimensions from 1 1/a" to 3 1/4", 1-80 from 11/2" to 21/2" diameters.
