APPLICATION

The Furnas Centurion 2000offers a high new standard indefinite purpose control. Thelargest, most complete line ofdefinite purpose motor con-trols in the industry, it is idealfor many applications includ-ing:

When used with an appropri-ate pilot device they can pro-vide either low voltage protec-tion or low voltage release.These controls have beendesigned with a low drop outvoltage making them ideal forair conditioning, heating andrefrigeration applications.

CONSTRUCTION

The Centurion 2000 wasdesigned to be a tougher,more compact, more versa-tile and quieter contactorthan ever before. Productfeatures include:

Tougher Materials-Thehousing and all other non-metal body parts are madeof bulk molding compoundfor greater strength anddurability.

Compact- Space savingdimensions allow for smallerpanels and more wiringroom.

Straight Thru Wiring-Line terminals are located atthe top and load terminals atthe bottom. This construc-tion eliminates looping wiresaround the control andreduces wiring costs.

Interchangeable Mounting-The combination of multiplemounting holes and slotsallows these contactors tobe fastened onto panels andprovide interchangeablemounting with many compet-itive contactors.
