n March 18, 2020, the South Florida Manufacturers Association (SFMA) will be celebrating its 41st Recognition of

Excellence Ceremony at the Signature Grand in Davie, Florida. This event signifies a belief in quality, excellence, talent development, and employee recognition through our manufacturer-of-the-year and employee-of-the-year awards. This evening brings the best and brightest from the manufacturing industry throughout South Florida to cele-brate and award outstanding businesses and employees. Many of the manufactur-ers that win then compete statewide in the Manufacturing Business Excellence Award at the Governor’s Florida Sterling Conference.

It is anticipated that over 400 will be in attendance, which will be a combination of manufacturing companies as well as numerous other industries that have an in-terest in the manufacturing industry. The audience will be a mix of owners, C-level executives, human resource directors and others involved in operations, and repre-sentatives from the business community. For a company that stamps their belief on excellence, talent development, and em-ployee recognition, this is an ideal venue to become engaged and recognized for your contribution.
