In the heavy industries of shipbuilding, Plant, etc. Metal surface treatment and coating has been a significant contribution to the completeness of shipbuilding. These processes making clean the inside of the product, and suppress corrosion. And it prevents the sudden accident of ship operation.

Like the foregoing, the whole process was held in surface treatment technology and facility itself. This allows, while reducing the latency to enter the coating after surface treatment, and also prevention corrosion damage of the pipes in the process. In addition, coating operation, using Hanger tried to enhance the quality of the coating weak part. And, by installing a drying facility at the workplace, it is to maintain high productivity, regardless of the season. Thus, as a result of the process of MUNSUNG industries, the "process time reduction 'and' reduced logistics costs' and it is to contribute to the competitiveness of our clients. We adhere to the "best quality" and "fast delivery"! We will be the company that receives trust always! Thank you.

In accordance with the importance of the metal surface treatment, Our company is conducting Carbon Steel Annealing, Pickling, Phosphate Coating Treatment, etc., various surface treatment processes. In particular, in 2000, introduced a process to remove impurities and oxidized iron on the surface of the Marine Stainless Steel Pipe. This was Korea's first introduction and implementation of SUS Dipping Passivation treatment, as well as the scale was maximum in Korea, we have been equipped with a total of four large dipping tank. The process results have proven the quality through the testing and analysis of Ulsan University(Department of Materials Science and Engineering). And based on that, we have obtained a domestic patent on SUS Dipping Passivation. Since 2004, our HHI shipbuilding divisions, the first time in Korea, Dipping Passivation for all SUS pipe including BP FPSO and LNG, LPG, etc. This was an opportunity to increase the Client's satisfaction with the quality. In addition, Garnet & Aluminum Oxide & Shot Blast facilities there have also, so we have optimal conditions of the various surfa

ce treatment processes.
