OBJECTIVE My objective is to continue my experience in the sub-sea deep water field as a sub-sea operator.

Summary I have been a part of a floating platform that has been in the works of getting a Coast Guard extension.

I have gained an understanding of what it takes to get a platform up to standards for inspection and

extension.

Deck Operator and Chemical Champion presently.

I have gained leadership skills through the management team from their many years of experience in

managing a platform.

I was given the role of chemical champion in December of 2014.

I have recently gained experience in the control room as control room operator

and some sub-sea experience.

I have experience with a hydro cyclone, Glycol unit and make up gas on

process vessels.

I have aided in running range charts and trends to troubleshoot problems.

Experienced in setting PID loops through the HMI.

My job title was deck operator and control room operator. This platform consisted of four sub-sea

wells, six dry tree wells, and one satellite platform.

I have tested for BSEE twice during my time at this platform. I feel that I took the most responsibility

during this inspection because I was the one with the most experience and will.

Production Operator, Jan. 2012- Dec. 2012. South Pass 60F/ WD area

As a deck operator I assisted in BS&W monitoring from a satellite platform which sent all the production

here. I have also gained experience with a hydro cyclone and learning the separation process on this

platform.

After leaving SP 60F in worked in the West Delta area as a field operator for Ankor Energy.

My job title was deck operator at this two-man platform in which make most of the production in the

field. I maintained mostly the outside part of the platform as well as paper work and morning reports.

This was an H2S platform at 5ppm after treating. I have learned the hazards of H2S and safety

precautions to take in case of a release.

My job title was deck operator. This platform was the main hub for the satellite platforms WD80 and

Field Operator and Deck Operator.

I gained experience with a heater treater on 105A and a glycol unit on the satellite platform at 105B.

I was responsible for BSEE testing and well testing.

Production Operator Grand Isle 47AQ Jan. 2008- Dec. 2008

I was a field operator in the Grand Isle 47 field. As a field operator I took pride in my wells tests to get

them as accurate as possible. My production experience here was significant in the beginning of my

career due to having to troubleshoot a lot of the problems in the field by myself. I gained experience

from working on about six four different satellites in the field.

Production Operator West Delta 122A Sept. 2007- Dec. 2007

My job title was deck operator at this platform which consisted of nine dry trees. I learned the

characteristics of these wells by testing and performing shakeouts on these wells daily. I have

also gained experience in unloading a stubborn but high production well.

Production Operator Aug. 2006- Aug. 2007

I was a deck operator on this platform. I assisted in BSEE testing on the main platform and satellite

platforms. I performed well test during my first year here. This was a good learning experience for me

in learning the process of separation and gas lift. I had later volunteered the get numbers and send

the morning report.
