JDS(3SM) is the perfect solution that fully automates the Strategic Staffing operating infrastructure, starting with legacy systems (CRM, ATS, TRM, and HRIS) and converting their plain profiles into SMART profiles coded with self-service tags that contain relevant competency and taxonomy values; then using 3SM new tools (se figure: STAS, STMS, SDHM, SBDS and SCSS) to move SMART profiles across talent planning, management, and acquisition in real-time with 100% accuracy.

2 DATABASE SERVER LIBRARIES:
1. FOXONOMY TAGS: Is a metadata library of tags with taxonomy and folksonomy (user maintained) data combined, which appends the right Competencies and skills DNA to convert plain data into smart data for job profiles and people profiles. (Earlier version of this solution already exists)
2. COMPETENCY MAPPING: Accurately and automatically maps skills, competencies, credentials and foxonomies attributes between jobs and people across all systems. (This solution already exists)
3 DATA CONVERSION SYSTEMS:
3. SMART BIGDATA SYSTEM (SBDS): Processes HR BigData to help convert resumes and external regular profiles into SMART profiles that can be used by our new systems. (I have already built this solution)
4. SMART DATA HARMONIZATION MATRIX (SDHM): Uses an artificial intelligence matrix that helps categorize, classify and subsequently harmonize the new SMART profiles within your organizational chart. (Earlier version of this solution already exists)
5. SMART TALENT ATTRACTION SYSTEM (STAS): Is a business intelligence system that tracks and reports the SMART job profiles across all marketing, advertisement, and competitive intelligence activities. (This solution already exists)
2 METADATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS:

SMART TALENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (STMS): This is the mother application server that harmonizes millions of data transactions across legacy and newly invented systems, so that every SMART profile can be matched in real-time to current and future job openings with 100% accuracy. (I have already built this solution)
7. SMART CAREER SERVICES SYSTEM (SCSS): Converts employee’s purpose, competence and career path data into logical codes that can be mapped with relevant jobs, news, training, social and career path activities. Then, SCSS uses a master portal that automatically connects and aggregates all relevant career services web sites into one seamless experience. (To be developed)
These 2 libraries will enable each job to contain the exact competency and skills DNA that hiring managers require, eliminating the need to explain their needs to recruiters. Likewise, candidates’ profiles will be decomposed and reconstructed to define their competency and skills DNA, so that later 3SM can match the perfect candidate to the exact job “in real-time”.
