To examine the websites extensively and to device a mechanism to ensure the content updation, ameeting of the Nodal Officers (IT) of the Departments of Government of Rajasthan under theChairmanship of Secretary (IT&C) is scheduled to be held as per the details given below:

Date : 16.11.2011 (Wednesdav)

Participants: Nodal Officer (IT) of all the Govt. Departments/ PSUs/ Boards & Corporations

Venue: Conference Room, IT Building, Yojana Bhawan, Jaipur.

. Check the contents of the website.

. Prepare sitemap of all the pages of all the websites with the details of the responsibleofficers for contributing and approving the contents.

. Time stamping of individual page content updation frequency.

. Formulate procedure for regular updation and certification of the website.

. Updation of contact directories of departments on respective websites.

. Updation of web sites by content management system.

You are requested to issue directions at your level to the Nodal Officer (IT) to regularly update thedepartment website and ensure the compliance of the Guidelines issued by Government of Rajasthanand attend the meeting as scheduled from time to time. The Officers should get the details ofsitema with the details of the res onsible officers for contributin and a rovin the contents ofeach page of the website in the meeting.
