3Q  Summary  

Social  Game  Business  New  Kltle“Legions  of  the  sky”  got  a  good  start  in  May.  Sales  of  exisKng  Ktles  increased  slowly.  The  raKo  of  sales  for  smart  phone  exceeded  50%.    

Content  Business  Sales  for  feature  phone  decreased  gradually.  Sales  for  smart  phone  were  sKll  small.  

Acquisi>on  INDI  SOFTWARE  Co.,Ltd.  AXEL  MARK  aquired  INDI  on  June  4th.  That  enabled  us  to  strength  our  social  game  business.
