MODULE 1: UNPACKING ‘STAND’To develop your stand, let’s first determine what a stand is. A stand is your purpose, you why - the think you care so much about that it occupies your thoughts. It’s often the change or realization of what you want to see happen. That can be for you, your family, your community, society or the world at large.
From the definition of the word, it’s a position you maintain, even if that’s privately and only to yourself. It’s as though you almost can’t help but maintain it.
Here are some questions to help distinguish your stand.
Who do you want to impact?
How do you want to impact them?
What do you care about?
What breaks your heart??
What pisses you off in this world (or your industry)?
How do you wish it could be?
What are you willing to do about it?
MODULE 2: DEVELOPING YOUR STANDAs your stand develops over time, there are things you want to pay attention to in order to know if you’re on the right track. Use the space below to
assess your progress or plan actions to create progress.

1. Build it into your messaging: website copy, email copy, LIVEs and see how people respond to it. You can even ask people to reply/comment to specific statements you issue.
