CEO Letter

Essential Safety Products Should Be Easily Procured We believe in the heroes. We believe in the frontline healthcare professionals that are taking care of the sick and needy during this pandemic. Since they place themselves and their families at risk everyday. We believe, we need to supply them with the essential personal safety products they need so they can confidently do their job.

This means that we will do the grunt work of checking, rechecking, vetting, securing, and shipping the products needed. Many of our team are ex-military and they had businesses in manufacturing and logistics before the Covid-19 pandemic.

Through our different channels we have been able to make direct contact with major companies like 3M, BYD, Mogul and smaller niche companies such as Ever Global, Veterco, Top Glove, Invyotec, and others.

We believe in boots-on-the-ground, tactical, logical and honest procurement and manufacturing practices. We protect our clients, their funds, their information, our staff, and the products. If any aspect of the deal seems off, we will take action to solve the problem or initiate secondary protocols in a professional, transparent and proactive manner.

It’s a Seller’s Market

Nitrile gloves is a perfect example of supply and demand at work. The gloves are limited by the number of rubber trees, the number of factories, the number of factories that have the proper certification, the number of trucks, ships, planes, people, etc in order to ship gloves. You may want 1 billion boxes of gloves but the reality is that it will take you 1 year or more to get them. The best way to procure large orders is to buy up many production orders at many different compliant factories. OTG stocks that range in the 50 million to 1 billion boxes do not exist. Often an OTG glove offer is a way to get contact information so when sellers and brokers finally get stock, they know who to call.

Gloves that have obscure names and lack certifications are often overflow stock or gloves that fail inspection.

The only real way to get nitrile gloves is to put in a production order or buy an existing production order from someone that already holds the contract. The governments in many Asian countries such as Malaysia and Vietnam often have controlling interests in the factories. You have to go through their rules and protocols. Due to the dishonesty in the market, getting proof-of-life videos before contracts and agreements are in place are often illegal - so don’t ask.

With that in mind, many Asian manufacturers are offering safer buying terms such as Letters of Credit and even Escrow. The way to get the best pricing is to do a cash transfer of 30% up front followed by 70%.

If you are serious about nitrile glove procurement, we have production contracts ready.

Nitrile Gloves: The Real Numbers

• Even if people say there are 500 million boxes of nitrile, it is not possible to take them. The problem with this is time and the actual logistical capabilities of shipping the gloves.

• 35,200 boxes fit in 1 40ft container it takes 28-29 containers for 1 million boxes of gloves. You want 100 million boxes it will take 2900 40ft containers to ship that many nitrile gloves. Or they will need 70+ jumbo planes to load up and ship.

• Big glove factories can produce 3,6-10 million per day. Most are taken up by production orders.

• They will ship out 1 or 2 million a day or every 3-4 days (business days) and then they will stall and delay because your mythically live stock has been double and triple sold.

• They will say we can only fill that many containers per day. That the logistics teams are very busy. Boats are booked. To get your 100 million glove order could take 1 year.

• 3 billion could take 2-5 years and all that time the factory will have your money.
