In case false/wrong declaration or fabricated documents have beenused for procuring permission of the Board of Governors and the said misconduct is brought):onotice or comes to the knowledge of Medical Council of India at any stage during the currentacademic year, your institution is Jiable not to be considered for recognition of the degree andthis letter of permission is also liable to be revoked for current academic year. Besides, MedicalCouncil of India is entitled to take all such measure against you and your college/ institution aspermissible under the law.

This permission for starting of above mentioned course and admission of students willbe till such time the first batch of students admitted against the above course appears for thefinal examination in the subject. The college authorities may take up the matter for recognitionof the qualification under section 11(2) of the IMC Act at the time of first batch admitted againstthe sanctioned intake appears for final year examination with the Central Government.
