New Site On Air Procedure
1. All sites to be blocked after integration.
2. To perform call tests during ATP Node B to be unblocked but to be blocked as soon as ATP is completed
3. During execution of single site verification drive tests sites to be unblocked and blocked as soon as the drive tests are completed.
4. After successful completion of single site verification Huawei RNP to send report to HCPT
5. Huawei Radio planning team requires a written request (via email) from HCPT (pls define a PIC) to unblock a batch of sites (list to be attached) sites.
6. HW RNP team will submits a Change Request (CR) into Huawei CR System to unblock the sites. Standard MS CR process to be followed
7. HW MS configuration team to unblock sites and notify HCPT CC. (-> Sites on air).
8. HW MS to start hourly monitoring of new sites and initiate a fall back in case of bad performance. HCPT Performance team to be informed about fallback directly via SMS.
9. Site on air status to be included in daily operations report.
