If I click “View All”, the additional window for her SAT scores would appear even though they were not high enough to exempt her

Test Section Methods for manual entry: CORB – C or better for out-of-state or private coursework (comments not necessary)

NCRS – Non-developmental coursework for Texas state school work or UTA coursework completed that is not developmental coursework (May not need to be used after TACRAO finalizes standard TSI reporting on Texas transcripts…comments needed)

OTHR – Other institution for all Texas state transcripts that show completion for ANY reason (comments needed)

THECB – Coordinating Board for completion of students that will meet special requirements as determined by the TSI Liaison

CORB: Completed HIST 1301 in Fall 2000 at Baylor

NCRS: Completed College Algebra at DCCC but completion not noted on transcript

OTHR: TCCC transcript noted completion based upon Accuplacer scores

Schedule Grid

• The top portion is filled out prior to student’s arrival

• Some advisors find it helpful to have a schedule grid on the back of the registration form; especially when dealing with SLC’s and PASSages

• Probably the very last thing to be filled out during the advising session

• If student is in a SLC or PASSages course, the Registration Form might be slightly different and be on a different color of paper

• The form must be filled out entirely
