Dear Dr. Okoro,

This is to follow up on my email to you of March 10, 2017 and my fax of March 13,

2017. I am forwarding the email that I have sent to the Board of Governors of the

World Bank and International Monetary Fund concerning the rule of law in the Bretton

Woods Insitutions via the embassies in Tokyo and the Missions in New York. None of

the World Bank's members have taken exception.

Accordingly, this is on behalf of the Board of Governors of the Bretton Woods

institutions and on behalf of humanity, for whom I speak on matters involving the

world's assets on deposit with the World Bank and IMF.

Since I have not heard from you to the contrary before the close of business today, this

is to inform you that you are hereby relieved of your job as Senior Vice President of the

World Bank and Group General Counsel. Due to state capture of the Bretton Woods

institutions, the repercussions of your dismissal may take some time to unfold.

Nevertheless, you are relieved of your job as Group General Counsel. In particular, the

commercial lien on your property will not mature until all of the procedural

requirements, that are commencing tomorrow, have been completed.

I have not heard back from any of the NY or Tokyo embassies whom I emailed yesterday, in addition to my previous tweet. There has been no contradiction to my statement that I am speaking for the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF in implementation of the Global Currency Reset. Some of the comments on the video of the latest segment of DCTV's series on the Network of Global Corporate Control (which I uploaded on YouTube two days ago) follow.

That article was one of the reasons Ibrahim Shihata, then General Counsel of the World Bank, hired me. One year after I was hired into the World Bank's Legal Department, I was brought into contact with senior members of the governments in the Middle East. I worked on Jordan and Yemen for ten years, until I was reassigned to the Philippines.

After I blew the whistle on corruption in the Philippines, Ibrahim Shihata assigned me to Nigeria and Ghana. I also obtained funding for and managed several projects that were funded by the Japanese to promote rule of law in Vietnam, Nigeria, Ghana, and some other countries. In 2004 I started working with the Power Transition Model that came to the World Bank from the National War College. The job of sorting out religions is going to be undertaken by all of humanity, working together, after we have retired the paper currencies and wound down the Banking Cartel in the Global Debt Facility. If we get distracted with improper sequencing, we will not be able to free ourselves from the corruption in the money system. For people who won't be put off and need to know where I stand on the Catholic faith right now, I have already made clear that this is up to the Catholic people who are dismantling the corruption in their faith.

please do not comment on things that are more esoteric it does not lend to your

credibility. I have heard the opposite as to where when you do have an out-of-body

experience also known as astral projection or things of that nature that there was a tether

to your body that you could never actually lose your way back to your body like it is

impossible to be disconnected from your body if you choose to experiment with those

types of meditations or ideas.

serious consequences must only be practiced by the truly knowledgeable. However

since there is no way of knowing if you have full knowledge & understanding, then we

should consign this topic to theoretical study once the global currency reset has been

completed & people find their feet. On a side note, the Aborigines creation belief

basically states we are spiritual beings that have forgotten that fact. I guess our

behaviour will change with the GCR now the cat is out of the bag.

revisit the subject at a later time. Karen gave it only a brief mention, but it does bear

Many individuals file a correction (UCC5) or termination (UCC3) if there’s any mistake with a UCC financing statement. However, it is my understanding that you’ve stated that UCC #1503025064595 was not filed by “Global Debt Facility TVM-LSM-666”. You contend that someone else improperly filed that on your behalf and you want us to delete that record.

Our office has strict statutory guidelines regarding what UCC filings our office may terminate or remove. RSMO § § 400.9-516(e), 428.125. The administrative remedy outlined in RSMO § 400.9-516(e) will require you to provide additional information demonstrating that the UCC wasn’t filed by the named filer. 1. I'm running into people challenging your and the Ministers of Finance/Board's authority. Do you have any documentation that they have appointed you and do you have some type of documentation or source that gives them the authority for the Rule of Law?... perhaps something like a contract, etc.?

2. What ever came of the Missouri Secretary of State challenging the validity of the liens on the Fed Reserve Banks? Do you have the correspondence between you two?
