Mr. Victor Leung MFin (HKU), PDPA (CUHK), BBA (Hons), FCCA, CFA, FRM Mr. Victor Leung has over 15 years of experience in financial industry spanning across accounting controls, treasury, market risk and counterparty credit risk management. He has worked at various positions in banking and is currently engaging in one of the leading international banks in Hong Kong. Victor received Master of Finance with double majors in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from the University of Hong Kong and Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy from Chinese University of Hong Kong. His professional achievements are not only in the accounting field as the Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) but also in the finance areas with the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM). With his strong academic and professional qualifications background, and the passion for education, Victor aims to share his intensive knowledge of corporate finance, treasury markets, quantitative financial valuations and risk management – with the same zest he possesses that will lead his students to be successful in the professional exams.

Ms. Jennifer Chen ACCA, BSc(UK), MBA Jennifer worked for ACCA Shanghai Office from 2003 and is responsible for the supervision of ACCA exam centers and tuition providers in China. She is familiar with the ACCA courses and knows what the students need very well. In 2005 she went to Singapore and passed the remaining 8 papers in the first attempt. She graduated in ACCA Dec 2005 exam session, and is also awarded a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting with the First Class Honours. She then obtained MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and now has more than 10 years of teaching experience in Hong Kong & China for the financial and management subjects. Under her devoted efforts, the pass rate of her classes is over 90%.

Ms. Lily Li Master of Accounting Lily Li is an experienced lecturer for ACCA and AIA, focusing on financial reporting. One of her AIA students got World Prize in the Paper13 exam (equivalent paper to ACCA P2) in May 2013. Lily has a ten-year plus professional career, and gains a wide range of working experience, covering accounting, reporting, costing, as well as taxation and financial analysis. Her employers range from pharmacy group, insurance company to automotive group. She has been teaching P2 with HKCA for Shanghai Jian Tung University for more than 7 years.

Mr. Mike Li FCCA, MSc (UK), FCPA(HK), ATIHK, CTA Mr. Mike Li has been working in Inland Revenue Department and various International firms in Hong Kong since graduation from Hong Kong Polytechnic. He specialized in taxation areas giving solutions to his students and clients. He started working full-time in education field since 2000 and worked for HKICPA as Education Director in 2006. He is the founder and Principal for HKCA responsible for taxation training for the professional qualifications of QP and ACCA. Mike obtained Master degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and is now an Australia Chartered Accountant, a Fellow member of HKICPA, ACCA (UK) and an Associate member of the Hong Kong Taxation Institute and a Certified Tax Advisor. Mike has taught taxation and performance management classes in Hong Kong and China since 2001. Due to his effective teaching methods and his devoted effort, many of his students like himself had become prize-winners and top affiliates.

Mr. Tony Ng Bachelor of Commerce, CPA Mr. Tony Ng has been working in the field of accounting and finance for more than 6 years. He has been working in one of the “Big Four” firms in Hong Kong and companies listed on Hong Kong Main Board. Having passed his accountancy professional examinations in the first attempt together with extensive practical audit and accounting experience, Tony aims to impart his knowledge and techniques to students for passing the professional exams in first attempt.

Mr. Ji Yuan LLM International Business Law, LLB Law Yuan graduated in the UK and obtained Master Law degree. He has been lecturing professional exams of law papers for two years, and is a full-time lecturer based in Shanghai. Yuan has been working in the UK law firm and Newcastle Crown Court, and knows very well on delivering the UK law paper to Chinese students. He has created his own set of key notes for tackling the ACCA F4UK law paper and would convert the law jargons into easy to understand wordings. He is enthusiastic in helping his students passing the professional law exam paper at first attempt.

Mr. Chow K.W. FCCA , FCPA (HK) Mr. Chow is a Fellow member of ACCA and HKICPA. He has taught financial reporting classes in Hong Kong and Mainland China for more than 20 years. As he understands the need of his students in dealing with the examination, he would impart the '3T' (i.e. 'Try', 'Technique' and ‘Time Management' skills to the students, leading them to pass the examination in the first attempt.

Mr. Jacky Li BBA, MSc, CPA Mr. Jacky Li is a member of the HKICPA. He started his career as an auditor in one of the “Big Four” firms and has gained solid practical audit experience from working in both the firm’s audit and technical department for over six years. During this period, Jacky has developed his interest in training and education, he has extensive training experience in designing programs on core audit subjects for professional staff across Hong Kong and PRC with specific focus on internship and fresh graduate audit training program. After “Big Four”, Jacky continues to accumulate his experience from sizable MNCs listed in HK, US and UK. Jacky has also worked for the HKICPA as a Workshop Facilitator. Jacky obtained his Master degree with Distinction in Corporate Governance and Directorship and was the Scholastic Award winner (highest cumulative GPA) of his class. During the same year, Jacky has also completed the pilot run Financial Controllership Program organized by the HKICPA and was one of the prize winners.

He got his Master degree in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne, Australia and BBA in Hong Kong Polytechnic. Course Fee Refund / Course Transfer System: *No refund for any transfer, deferral or withdrawal will be given after the commencement of the course. *Any transfer, deferral or withdrawal of courses will be subjected to an administrative charge of $2,000 per course and the transfer will be reviewed upon written application on a case by case basis.
