31 Events Product Tour

31E is an event management tool that can be used for event registrations, event promotions, and API integration into traditional marketing platforms for custom calendar invites and reminders.

In addition, it could be argued in B to B uses cases it just would be easier to send a calendar invite for the event, webinar, seminar or virtual meeting and monitor the event from the web console, for signups.

If the customer does accept the calendar invite there is an option to send them an automated PDF Scan ticket, for entry into the event.

The final feature is the ability to set the invite in the calendar engine, and then have the ability to paste that invite into a Iframe, or a pop up. This allows a potential attendee to enter their email address for the receiving of the calendar invite to the event. If the attendee accepts the event of the calendar, we see that in the web-reporting engine.

The core components of the technology are :

Event Creation

Simple to use web interface for the staging of the event, with Event Name, Event Details, Start and Stop time. The attendee window allows for the import or the individual entry of the email address.

Use Case 1 – Problem being solved: Missed Calendar invites from “registration”.

Thousands of events a day are hosted for Webinars and Seminars across the globe.

A good majority of registrations do not make it to the electronic calendar since it’s a manual stepto add them to your calendar if they are included in the email confirmation for the event.

In addition, there is no way to send reminders to the calendar, or know if the registrant has accepted the calendar invite onto their calendar.

Example – Use Case 1. Email invite is sent.

Registration Button is clicked.

Page 14: 31 events product tour7

Registration Confirmation shows up in the email box. You have to click “Add to Calendar” to get on Calendar.

Clicking on Add to Calendar – Sender must craft, Google one , Outlook one, Yahoo One, etc. If user does not see correct version for their system, it will not get on calendar. If it does get on the invitees calendar , the marketing agency still does not if they have accepted or declined the invite.
