What are the Chakras?

The chakras are energy centres within and around our bodies, and there are hundreds of them.

They originate from the ancient yogic tradition from thousands of years ago. The most talked

about and taught about ones are the seven major chakras at the third dimension. The chakras are

associated with specific colours; but this doesn’t mean our chakras are always these colours. They

give us information as to what is happening in our lives. They are a map of what’s going on for us

and cover all aspects of our being. Clearing them regularly helps us to achieve an overall clearing

in our lives. If they are balanced and spinning in alignment, then these are the colours they are

associated with:

Base = Red

Sacral = Orange

Solar Plexus = Yellow

Heart = Green

Throat = Blue

Third Eye = Indigo Blue

Crown = Purple/Violet

For various reasons our Chakras can be closed, imbalanced, misaligned, ‘dirty’ or even spinning

the wrong way. Different Chakras are associated also with different day-to-day life issues. A brief

outline of this is provided below:

When our Chakras are perfectly balanced we feel great mentally and physically. Often a blocked

Chakra can manifest in physical and emotional upset. For your ultimate well-being learn to look

after your Chakras. You can do this by receiving Reiki treatments, becoming attuned to Reiki, by

doing First Degree Reiki or above and treating yourself regularly; through EFT, yoga or by

Chakra balancing meditations/visualisations.

About this week’s recordings

This week’s recordings are all about the 7 major chakras and how they affect our abundance.

We will tap with the Archangel responsible for that chakra and visualise them pouring the

energy of abundance into the chakra.

1. Base Chakra

Key Points:

1. Is at the base of the spine, radiating down from the coccyx.

2. Our physical body and all that is solid matter in our lives is connected with the base

chakra

3. Is connected with our family, community and belief systems.

4. It is especially important for spiritual people to work with the lower chakras and

master grounding.

1. Just underneath the bellybutton.

2. Links to our sexuality, sociability, identity, who we think we are, our sense of

deserving, our emotions.

3. Issues of worthiness are centred here.

4. Another very important chakra to get used to working with for spiritual people.

5. WE hold addictions in the sacral chakra.

3. If the heart chakra is blocked it can be hard to receive

Angel Visualisation Module Three

In this week’s visualisation we travel to a healing crystal temple with the angels of abundance

and Archangels: Gabriel, Uriel, Chamuel, Michael, Raphael and Jophiel and you go through a

chakra clearing with an angel working with a great laser crystal of light. The more you do this

visualisation, the better you will feel as the chakras are balanced and cleared. Try to do it

daily for one week and then intermittently from then on or as needed.
