Claiming ProcessTo be eligible to claim for a refund under thePromotion, Claimants must undertake the followingsteps:

Try the Eligible Products for at least 7 days from thedate of purchase, but no more than 30 days;

If the Claimant is not completely satisfied with theperformance of the Eligible Product, the Claimantmust:

i.Download the Claim Form fromwww.philips.com.sg/promotions;ii.Complete the Claim Form; andiii.Return the Eligible Product (in its original packaging)along with the fully completed Claim Form and theoriginal purchase receipt made during the PurchasePeriod must be received by Philips no later than11.59pm on 30 September 2019.
