SUNGAI PETANI March 5. One of the students that are study in IPG Kampus Sultan Abdul Halim had an accident in front of institute main gate. There are few factors that always causing an accidents in front of institute main gate such as lack of civic awareness among road users, faulty signal and negligence of college students.Nowadays, many of road users do not care about road safety and being selfish by themselves. For example, hit traffic lights without thinking about someone else.Furthermore, faulty signal also become one the factors that causing an accident. Sometimes, the traffic light at the road not functions properly. The authorities do not take this situation seriously and also relate to make a respond.Lastly, the main reason that occurring an accident is negligence of college students. Students did not alert with their surroundings. Example, when students want to across the road they do not thinking carefully and just across the road without looking right and left road to make sure that every vehicle had stop when the traffic light become red. Then the road is safe to across.Conclusion, the accidents that happen in front of the main gates institute can be decrease by build a bridge to the another side of the road or by increase their awareness of safety road whether the road user or the students.
