Agreement Credentials● Present statment defined by yourorganization

● Require applicant to “electronically sign” the statement by

typing in their first and last name as it appears on their

record on file

● Records the exact statement when signed along with

date/time stamp

● Examples: liability waiver, photo release, sex abuse

prevention policy

Certification Credentials● Present statment defined by yourorganization

● Optionally require applicant to “electronically sign” the

statement by typing in their first and last name as it

appears on their record on file

● Allow a file upload as a part of their application

● Examples: Driver’s license, auto registration, training

certificate

Background Check Credentials● Present FCRA compliant consent and disclosure

statments

● Require applicant to “electronically sign” the statements

● Prepopulates personal information already on-file

needed for background check

● Add SSN

● Submits to 3rd party background check provider, awaits

updates

● Auto approves checks with no “hits”

● Provides direct links to review/adjudicate checks in

provider site

Credential Requirements Per Opportunity● Credentials are job specific

● Today, I volunteer for something that requires only an

application and liability waiver. Tomorrow, if I return to

volunteer for something that requires a background

check, I would be prompted to fulfill that credential

requirement.

Credential Expiration Policy● Never expire

● Expire on a certain date

● Expire after a defined number of months

(defined per credential)

Credential Sign-up Policy● Permissive

○ Allows the volunteer to sign-up for only after they

apply or submit the credential application

○ Tentative assignment pending approval

○ Only allows thevolunteer to sign up after they have

been approved
